milestones that are controlled through quality checklists to guarantee quality service/product/solution analysis, design, development, production and delivery. In order to help each member of our staff perfectly play his role, an internal operation guide is available so that it would be easy for the project manager to identify who did what and when. This would help us trace any error at any project stage and take corrective and preventive procedures.
